This page covers the marketing site and waitlist. Farm-console processing will be documented in a customer DPA when accounts go live.

What we collect
If you submit the waitlist form we store your name, email, company, requested device count, and notes so we can reply. Server logs may include IP address and user agent for security.
Why
Legitimate interest and, where required, consent to respond to a request for a farm. We do not sell this data.
Where
The site is served from Cloudflare. Form submissions go to the endpoint you configure, or stay local in this preview build. Infrastructure for farms is hosted in the European Union.
Retention
Waitlist records are kept until you ask us to delete them or the conversation is clearly finished.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction under GDPR. Write to hello@phonefarm.eu.
